Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply only to purchases that include or activate a subscription. If you purchased a service as a standalone one-off transaction without subscribing to a membership, these Subscription Terms do not apply to you.

A subscription starts only if you actively select it before paying. Buying a ticket, tour or experience on its own never starts a subscription, a trial or a recurring payment, and never changes the price of that purchase.

The subscription to Marvelliant B.V.'s services provides access to the following benefits:

  • Automated Check-ins
  • Concierge Service
  • Travel eBooks
  • Airport Lounges
  • Flight Compensation
  • Lost Luggage Recovery
  • E-SIM

The subscription gives you access to the member area for 3 days free of charge. No separate fee is charged for the trial: it begins when you select the subscription and pay for the ticket, tour or experience in the same order, and you pay only the price of that purchase. At the end of this trial period, the subscription costs 79 per quarter, in the currency displayed to you at checkout, and the payment is taken by automatic debit from the card you used to subscribe, on the date we tell you before you subscribe. We remind you by email at least 24 hours before that first payment, and at least 14 days before each renewal. The subscription then renews automatically every quarter until you cancel.

You can cancel the subscription at any time and without any conditions.

You can cancel at any time in your member area at https://member.trip-sorted.com, and the cancellation takes effect immediately once confirmed. Cancelling stops all future payments; it does not affect a ticket, tour or experience you have already bought.

Marvelliant B.V. does not sell its customers' information, and personal data is only used for the purpose of communicating with customers and providing them with the desired level of service.

Marvelliant B.V. uses Payment Service Providers that adhere to the required PCI DSS security standards.
